Call for Candidates

Chisholm Ranch Estates has three (3) Board of Directors positions coming open for which elections will be held at the upcoming Annual HOA Meeting on January 16th, 2025. (An official meeting notice will be sent prior to the meeting that lists the location and time.) Now is your opportunity to nominate yourself or a neighbor you feel would be a great Board member. If you nominate a neighbor, they must accept the nomination prior to being included on the proxy/ballot.
There may only be one nomination form per homeowner lot, and you must include your name and address on the form. Please submit this form to Guardian Management via mail, email or fax listed below by DECEMBER 18th, 2024 BY 4:30 P.M.

A proxy/ballot will be mailed to your home the following week. Your proxies are very important to meeting the quorum requirement.
Being a Board member is a very rewarding experience, however, there is a lot of work and time involved. This should be considered in your nomination decision. Board members must attend Board Meetings and respond to email communications on a timely basis. We encourage you to get involved!
