• Have you received my payment?

  Homeowners should be directed to contact their bank to see if the check has cleared. If the check has cleared but you do not show receipt of payment, provide Guardian Association Management with a copy of the front & back of the homeowner’s check for further research.

• Am I able to make a payment by phone?

  No, we do not accept payments over the phone.

• What is my outstanding payment balance or amount due?

  Homeowners should contact Guardian Association Management or log onto the Caliber Portal to view their account balances. You can access the website by typing https://pay.allianceassociationbank.com/Home?cmcid=BE60A1F6 into your web browser and logging in with the following information:

  When logging into the web portal for the first time, please select the “Create login” link. Within the next screen, enter your account number your primary email address. This email address will be linked to your login record.

  If you are one of multiple owners associated with the account number, you must select your name from the list provided. Once a match is found, you will be emailed a link to complete the login process. The emailed link will direct you to create a username (usernames must be unique) and a password. Once saved, you will be able to log into the web portal.

  If you have a technical issue making an online payment, you can contact Alliance Association Bank at (844) 739-2331. If you need information about your property or current balance, please contact Guardian Association Management at (972) 458-2200.

• Why did I receive a late fee?

  Please contact Guardian Association Management, as they can provide payment balances or late fee information.

• Can I make my payment at a Alliance Association Bank?

  No, banks will not accept your payments at the bank locations.

• I inadvertently paid more than I should have. How do I get a refund?

  Please contact Guardian Association Management at (972) 458-2200.

• Where should I mail my payment?

  Checks should be made out to Chisholm Ranch Estates HOA. Homeowners may mail their payment to:
