    2024 Annual July 4th Neighborhood Parade

    Thursday, July 4th 7pm-9pm

    The Seagrove's @ 388 Chisholm Ridge Dr.

    Celebrate America’s Birthday with your neighbors and show your American spirit by decorating anything you want to ride. . . your bicycles, golf carts, motorcycles, tractors etc. for the Neighborhood Parade. All ages are welcome to participate. Prizes are awarded! Gift cards for 1st and 2nd place winners! Other prizes for all who participate! The Fire and Sheriff’s Departments will be joining us once again this year. The parade lineup will start at 7:00 p.m. followed by an awards presentation.

    Registration is free if you want to win a prize! Please get your number(s) for the parade @ 996 Chisholm Ridge Dr. Text Ginny at 214-356-551 to come by and register.

    Provided: Ice Cream Sundaes (feel free to bring any topping or cookies)

    What to bring: Lawn chairs & adult beverages.You are also welcome to stay to watch the fireworks set off by individual homeowners around the neighborhood.

    Please note: Any fireworks displays are set independently of your HOA in accordance with the CC&R’s and are not part of an HOA sanctioned event.

  4. Annual Spring Community Yard Sale

    Spring has arrived. It's time to clean out those closets and garages!

    8:00 a.m.-2 p.m.

    Let us know if you are participating so we can get you on the neighborhood sale map by sending your name and address to ginny.johnson@sbcglobal.net. Thank you!

    What you don't sell you can donate! Cain Middle School or Rockwall-Heath High School both have Drop Off Bins located on their campuses accepting clothing, shoes and toys. This is a fundraiser for the schools. Their bin is pictured below. Please don't drop off what they can't use. Any furniture, dishes, pictures, etc. can be donated to Helping Hands.
