Special Meeting of the Members - CANCELLED

Recently we called for a special meeting of the members to elect new Directors for the remainder of 2024. The nomination period closed on May 24th, and we received one nomination. That nomination was for the current Board of Directors. Since there were no other nominations, we are hereby cancelling the called special meeting of members.
