Yard of the Month Program

The Yard of the Month Program is to recognize Chisholm Ranch Estates residents who demonstrate premier efforts in maintaining their property, thus contributing to the overall appearance of our neighborhood. The program runs from May through November. CRE HOA believes that everyone plays an important role in keeping Chisholm Ranch Estates Beautiful.
How to Become a Yard of the Month Recipient
Factors include the overall appearance, tidiness and neatness of the front/side of the property as evidenced by pruned, trimmed and shaped foliage, edged and defined lawns, borders& flower beds, and a visually eye-catching curb appeal. LAWN: Grass should be healthy.
-The upkeep of the yard can reflect those of the homeowner themselves or that of a professional landscaper or groundskeeper.
-The award last for a period of 1 calendar month. 1st day to the last day of the month.
-The same property cannot receive the more than one award in 3months.
Homes will be nominated by the Social Events Committee and the winner for the month by independent neighborhood judges.
Thank you and we can’t wait see our first winning home. Judging will occur the last week of the month.
