Starting the New Year out right with a few housekeeping reminders:

1. Voting closes this Sunday 1/14/24 for your CRE HOA Board of Directors. Get those proxies in unless you intend on turning yours in at the annual meeting.
2. Association dues, which were decreased $75 for 2024, are considered delinquent after February 15th, 2024. There are several ways you can pay your assessment of $375:

a. Via U.S. Postal Service with the coupon and your check mailed to the address on the coupon.

b. Via the Guardian site at www.GuardianAM.com. Use the Make a Payment tab at the top of the page.

3. The deadline to remove your holiday lights and decorations is Monday, January 15th.
4. TRASH – Trash is not to accumulate on the street or be put out for an excess of 12 hours. The winds this time of year can be quite strong and nobody enjoys picking up trash in their yard that isn’t theirs. Please make sure your lids are closed as tightly as possible.
5. Temporary Parking Poles – may be put out for special occasions such as parties, construction, social events and/or gatherings, but are not to be left permanently.
