YOUR CHISHOLM RANCH ESTATES 2023 HOA BOARD MEMBERS
February 16, 2023—The HOA Board Member election held on January 19, 2023, was uncontested. As such, your 2023 HOA Board Members are as follows:
Alton Johnson—President. Alton will step into the President position as Robbie Steed steps down. A recent resident to Chisholm Ranch Estates, Alton retired from the Army in 2002 after serving in multiple leadership and command positions. Alton is a lifelong aviation mechanic. After retiring from the military, Alton entered the public aviation sector where he served in multiple leadership roles running small and large companies for the BBA Aviation PLC, Signature Aviation LLC and Dallas Airmotive. His last role was Chief Supply Chain Officer and Global Vice President of Supply Chain for one of the largest business and general aviation engine repair companies in the world.
Alton’s focus for 2023 includes serving the community to the best of his ability, working with the other board members to simplify the CC&Rs so they are more user-friendly, and being an advocate for the community as the 205/548 Expansion Project and the Outer Loop Project progresses.
Lloyd Reaves—Vice President. Lloyd will continue in the role of Vice President. Mark Seagroves—Treasurer. Mark will also continue in the role of Treasurer. Please welcome your 2023 Board Members.The new Board extends sincere thanks to Robbie Steed for serving as the 2022 HOA Board President. “Robbie has been instrumental in the recent settlements with TxDOT and has worked to maximize the benefit to the community. As one of the first residents of Chisholm Ranch Estates, he has served on the board several times and has provided beneficial guidance in many capacities. Thank you, Robbie for your service to our neighborhood,” said new Board President, Alton Johnson.
