Important Information on Area Water Supplies

Due to severe heat and drought in our area, over the past couple of days there have been several posts in social media and local news about water being cut to certain areas for a period of time as well as local area homes having to boil water. That problem was isolated to the RCH Water Supply Corporation, which receives its water from the city of Rockwall.
Chisholm Ranch Estates is serviced by High Point Water SUD, which receives its water from Lake Tawakoni. There are no known problems with supply issues from the source of our current provider. Due to the fact that High Point Water SUD is not dependent upon a municipal water system that is controlled by the North Texas Water District, there is no immediate concern that our neighborhood would experience the same circumstances that a portion of RCH experienced.
