The following committees are in need of your help.
Planning Committee Chairperson Needed
The Chisholm Ranch Estates HOA Planning Committee is looking for a committee Chairperson to lead the planning and mitigation of the soon to begin SH 205 and FM 548 road projects. These projects will have significant impacts to all our properties (safety/physical characteristics) as well as our entry monuments and landscaping. It is essential that this individual be fair-minded, methodical yet creative in the pursuit of problem solving. The Chairperson must also remain impartial and inquisitive to the benefit of the entire community while executing planning and proposed mitigation measures. The Chairperson will need to have a Zoom conference meeting at least two times per month with the Planning Committee (7 members) to organize actions, formulate strategy, estimate costing and other such duties. Finally, the Chairperson will brief the CRE Board of Directors on plans and progress once monthly via Zoom conference call.
The Communications Committee is Seeking a 3rd Member
Ideally, this member would have prior communications experience and/or a strong interest in communicating with the community under the direction of the Communications Chairperson. This person must be able to attend and contribute to a monthly committee meeting either in person or electronically. Responsibilities would include support and backup for the committee chairperson and committee secretary. This individual would assist in the design and/or creation of communication pieces, writing of news pieces for the website and provide backup posting ability for communications pieces to Facebook and/or blast texts. Finally, this person would provide backup as a scheduler for Zoom calls for any of the CRE committees making sure there are no conflicting simultaneous meetings.
